Chu-Chieh Lee (Chu) is a Taiwan-Born, London-based animator, director and illustrator, with a dynamic, challenging and fun approach to projects. Her work is playful and charming, with her masterful technique of turning static artwork into seamlessly animated GIFs, clips and films, making sure that every piece she works on is engaging and fun for the audience. Chu-Chieh’s distinctive graphic and colourful style makes her a popular choice for editorial features, online advertising campaigns and more. 

Her personal short film ‘Minus Plus Multiply’ made in 2023 has been selected by many prestigiouss film festivals such as Annecy International Animation Film Festival, Animafest Zegrab, and Golden Horse Film Festival/Award in Taiwan among other 50+ festivals around the world.
